If you want PC running 24/7 more important is keeping the unit in air-conditioned room. I don't think any specific brand is superior in this aspect, specific model of motherboard might be. Generally electronic unit fails as it's weakest spot fails in most cases its related to over-voltage, over-current and over-temperature. Typically the weakest spots are electrolytic caps, find a mobo that has the least of them and you are minimizing the risk of failure.

MTBF Estimates for Intel® Server Board S3420GP
MTBF, Ambient Air Temperature, Air Temp at Board for 10oC rise
(hours) (oC) (oC)
137,000 45 55
165,000 40 50
263,000 30 40
335,000 25 35

Temp means everything, keep some decent home grade mobo bellow 20oC and mobo will live longer then it actually be useful.

^ THIS ^ is the key. I'd even suggest those numbers are conservative estimates for warranty purposes.

For every 5c you can lower the operating temp of an electrical circuit, you nearly double it's lifespan.

Buy a good quality board with good cooling on it and you'll be fine.
