i5 4690K prime 95 temps 90C

hello,

i have a problem with my pc.
when i do the prime 95 test (temp check with realtemp)
My cpu goes instant from around 40C to 95C (and stay there). this is way to high and i don't know what i do wrong.

system specs:

Asus P87 pro motherboard
H100i watercooling
I5 4690K prossesor
gtx 690 card

2 types of ram:
hyper x fury 2*4g 1600
hyper x fury 2*4g 1866
(problem ??)

there is enof airflow in the desktop zo thats not the problem.

i changed my thermal paste multiple times with MX4. (cleaned with isopropyl, dot method)

my idle temps are also around 40 dergrees, wich i think with an h100i is way to much...

can someone help me ?

i am using v277 of prime 95,
CPU is running at stock so its 1.225V (i looked on AI suite and the voltage is set manual to 1.225V i never set it on maual myself, and i just did a format on my pc ... )

i hear the pump running so i dont think that's the problem ? :s (is there a way to check ?)

i reinstalled the h100i multiple times now, the thermal paste is always spread out so i think, its mounted correct ..

is there a problem with v277 ??? and my thems are at normal usage also to high so ...
when i juist play LoL its reaches temps that are around the 60C, and lol is nor really a demanding game i thought ?

Prime 95 is giving me 95 degrees, and i check the temps with realtemp. (i doublecheck with openhardwaremonitor-v0.7.1-beta)
I only use AI suite 3 for my ventilation settings ..

sorry for the question :)
how do i set the vcore in bios ?

You should be using prime95 v26.6 nothing newer. Newer versions have been causing insane temps on the newer intel CPUs. Try it again but this time use prime95 26.6. Those temps are way to high. My overclocked 5930k doesn't even get that hot under prime with an h105
