i recently cleaned my pc and made the mistake of removing some of the hardware to clean them and the inside of my case, just to remove the dust build up on the heatsink of my cpu and the fans in my case. when everything was put back into the case nothing would turn on and i had this red light on my case. i checked all the hardware and found out that my cpu pins were pent so my reaction was, oh well dammit better get a new one in which it arrived and installed it but now the red light is still on the case so i dont know what can be the problem.
Any Help that can be given to help me fix this issue PLEASE do so.

CPU:AMD FX 6300 black edition
PSU: Corsair CX500M
Motherboard: ASUS M5A97 R2.0

OS: Windows 7
