Need help fixing a BSOD...

I went to my action center and i found this a message saying that I had a problem with a device or driver that caused my pc to shut down unexpectedly. I click on the "view message details" and it says "opening solution" but it fails to load the solution and asks if I am connected to the internet, which I am. I have tried it multiple times and no change.

Any advice?

Does it give you a specific BSOD error code, and for a specific device. Generally it can be a driver conflict if you recently updated drivers, or corrupted drivers. In some cases hardwae is going bad.

So go to your event viewer and see the ssytem error logs and take a look at the crash events

I'm in the event viewer and I was looking through the system log and I found a warning.

What exactly is the code you are referring to?
