Is there such thing as a M.2 2280 @ 512GB?

Is there such thing as a M.2 2280 @ 512GB that uses PCIe (and not SATA-3)?

I'm not finding one, and I'm not finding a motherboard that swings that way either.

It looks like the only way to get a 512GB M.2 drive is to go 22110, and that means a Z170 board.

Am I wrong?

I wasn't clear, but needed a drive for PCIe, and not SATA... mot of the ones you posted actually *are* PCIe. How did I miss those?
