Going to keep this short:
I have been getting Stutter in almost all games ever since I first built my gaming computer about a year ago. These stutters aren't long at all but very noticable.
Intel Core i5-4690 @ 3500 MHz
EVGA GTX 770 SC @ Stock clock w/ ACX cooler
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Asus Z97-A
Samsung 840 EVO 120 GB
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB HDD
Antec HCG 750W PSU
Temperatures are OK:
Max CPU temp around 64-60 Celsius in game or in a CPU testing program
Max GPU temp around 71-72 Celsius in GPU intensive games
Replaced Graphics card and Motherboard

Seems the stuttering is worse when VSync is off. Better when it is on.
I have posted about this before and no one could fix it. Looked online for quite a long time and couldn't find anything either. If anyone could help me that would be great!
