Is this finally a good build. I'm looking for current issues and any non costly improvements.

Solution
The SPEC-01 comes with only 1 front 120mm. I'd buy 2 more fans that are 120mm and install another in front and one as rear exhaust. I'm never a fan of fans that come with cases. I always can find much better ones. Here are two great ones at decent price:
Case Fan: Arctic Cooling Arctic F12 PWM 57.0 CFM 120mm Fan ($7.98 @ OutletPC)
Case Fan: Scythe Slipstream 110.3 CFM 120mm Fan ($8.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $16.97
The Asus 970 is great too. Although I prefer EVGA based on all around awesome.
Overclocking can help. It is pretty easy to do and can make your system last longer (if done correctly) as it can get the cpu operating at a higher frequency than locked CPUs. Case in point, my 3+ year old i5-2500k...
Good parts and configuration. The only change I would suggest is the motherboard. You have a great board. The ASRock Z97M OC Formula is $99 and I have overclocked an i5 4690K to 4.8Ghz at 1.373 volts on it. The board is also SLI capable, so long as you can stand the gold/yellow color of this mATX board.

About that case though does it have places in its front for fans and does it include a fan in the back? Also i think i can keep the asus since it is the same price as the one you showed me if i buy it from Best Buy. Also would your videocard be in high stress and for a solid frame rate on high demanding games?

Case in point, my 3+ year old i5-2500k is at 4.4GHz. That is still faster than new locked i5 cpus. Your setup should give you a modest 4.1GHz which is fine.

Best Buy is not a place to buy good computer components at bargain prices, most of the time.

Yes, you can overclock with this system.

Overclocking boosts the speed of your CPU and speeds up computation/calculation. In games this may provide a small improvement in speed because most games rely more on the power of the Graphics Card than the CPU. A few games use a lot of CPU and will be helped.

Someone doing rendering, photo or video editing, animation, 3D modelling or ordinary number-crunching, even complex spreadsheets, can get a significant boost with overclocking.

Here's how my i5 4690K chip performed, against a series of benchmarks.

you can see modest improvements in gaming, and useful improvements in computation.
