so i can only buy parts from newegg.com since i'm using the Preferred Account.
is there anything i can do better? i plan to use this computer for gaming and streaming/video editing.

I think it's a great build but a poor value. I think Skylake is overpriced. You could either save several hundred $$$ and get a 4790k + Z97 instead or for the same price, an i7 5820k + X99.
