i have a 512 Kbps connection but when it comes to youtube microsoft and a couple of other sites the speed teaches 25-50 Mbps. And what i want to actually know is that can i do something to bost my over all connection by paying for the slower connection.
if not does anyone knows why this happens?

I've heard of a couple of ISPs offering unlimited speeds within their own network - it's possible that your ISP has MS/Google CDNs.

It's unlikely that you can get high speeds for all sites without paying for it.
