Gtx 960 4GB enough for ultra-modded Skyrim?

Solution
I personally believe that this will be enough to run Skyrim Ultra with ENB's and mods. From what I've seen on my and others computers is that if the computer can run Skyrim on Ultra, It should be able to handle ENB's and mods without too much performance cuts. If you're definitely staying with 1080p gaming then this should be enough.

Make sure that your CPU is powerful enough not to bottleneck the GPU because the last thing you want is to have a GPU not being used to it's full potential.

Thanks for your help camcamcam999.

The CPU that am going to purchase for my new system is a i3 4160. I´ve seen in videos that this processor is only at 50-60% load playing Skyrim at ultra quality, so i think is not gonna bottleneck the 960 (at least with Skyrim).
