is this good enough for a Gaming PC?

Hello, i'm a first time PC builder.

I'll be describing what I want from my pc later, but first, here are the parts I'm looking to buy:

CPU: Intel core i5 4460 3.2Ghz.

Motherboard: Asus Z97-P.

Graphics Card: Sapphire Nitro R9 380 4GB.

Hard drive: I'll be using a older Samsung hard drive that I never got around to using.
(It has 7200 RPM and 750GB)

RAM: Kingston HyperX Beast 8GB DDR3 1600MHz Kit (2 X 4, cl9).

PSU: Cooler Master G650M.

Case: Cooler Master Elite 430.

Operating System: Windows 7 (Which I will then use to upgrade to Windows 10).

So, I plan to be playing at 1080P 60FPS
(Perhaps with some pretty low settings later down the line.). I expect to be using it 3-4 years, but I might stretch that out a little further.

Extra things I'll be using:

Xbox 360 Wired controller along with my mouse and keyboard (Yes I know my case only has 2 front USB ports, but I can still use the back ports, I've seen how this works :D).

Bluetooth USB adapter. (For my headphones.)

How good is this Build? Any parts that would fit better than the ones I already have? Are the ones I already have good enough?

I'm sorry if i spelled anything wrong, english isn't my native language.

Sounds like a pretty decent set-up,

One thing I'd recommend is adding more RAM. Currently I have 8GB of Corsair Vengeance RAM and
It is certainly not enough for heavy web browsing and gaming. But if you are not addicted to
computers like me then you'll probably be fine with 8. You could probably overclock that CPU
a bit as well, I managed to get 4.2 out of my i5 3570k.

My score, 8/10 - Good for an average gamer. Might I ask what games you plan on playing?

Thanks for the help!
About the ram, I think it's best if I just start with the 8GB of RAM, then if I decide I want more, I can just buy 8GB more.
I'm afraid I can't overclock my CPU as it's a locked one (The fact that it doesn't have a K at the end means it can't be overclocked).
Overclocking is most Likely something I'd do later down the line, as it increases heat and energy usage, meaning I might have to buy a Cooler for it. (Other than the one included.)
But would it be worth it to buy a unlocked CPU and overclock it a little?

I'm a big fan of Open World RPG games (I also like regular ones and MMORPGs), as well as online games (Such as Counter Strike, and Rocket League)
But I like other games as well.
Games that have caught my eye right now are Shadow of Mordor, Elite: Dangerous, Fallout, and Rocket League.

Yeah, 8GB is completely fine. Just from my own experience I didn't find it enough, but I suppose it varies from person to person. If you are into gaming I would most certainly recommend you get an Intel Unlocked CPU, never know, somewhere down the line you might just feel 3.2 isn't enough anymore. Some of my games (Mostly Arma 3) struggle even with 4.2ghz. But by the looks of the types of games you're into, you shouldn't have to worry about getting high-end specs so badly, but it always pays to future-proof things.

So, I've decided to go with a I5-4590K and a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO instead. (And no, there is no K version of the 4460, atleast not that I could see, and I looked pretty deep.)
One of the reasons I did this was because I felt I needed more CPU power, as I plan to have things like youtube videos in the background while I'm playing, as well as doing modding on my games (And I have heard that takes mostly CPU power.)
So, how is my build now? Any further changes that should be made?
Thanks for all the help so far.

There is no K version of 4460, neither of 4590 on Intel's website.
It must be 4690K.
However, I would suggest you to stick with 4590. That processor has best performance per dollar. If you want to overclock, then go ahead with 4690K.
Secondly, don't choose Sapphire. Their RMA value is high. Go with Asus or Gigabyte whichever you find best. Also, choose the PSU from Brands in Tier One or Tier Two given at this link: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
