Hello,

I have a built the custom rig with

AMD FX 6300
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance RAM 8GB (8x1) [CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10]

about a year ago, but now i'm thinking about upgrading the RAM, i know my motherboard supports 32 GB ram maximum.

But all i want to know if i add another 8GB stick of vengeance will it work fine ? or should i buy another ram ?

This is my first build and im noob so i had to ask before buying the ram.

Will it be okay if i buy another ram listed on gigabyte site (not vengeance) of 8GB ? will it work?

Personally, if I were wishing to upgrade, I'd just buy a new pair of RAM :) This could work for you: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/gskill-memory-f310666cl9d16gbxl

It's a pit on the expensive side but should work well if you're planning to upgrade right now to 16GB memory.
