Are my temperature readings accurate?

I am using Furmark and Prime 95 to stress test my components. I am reading my CPU temperature with ASrock Extreme Tuner.I am not sure how long I have to run the stress test before I reach the highest temperature, I ran it for 15 minutes and my CPU is 43 degrees and my video card is 62 degrees.

Prime 95 and only 43C on CPU what kind on cooling system you have because on AIR or Water this is not Possible, with one exceptions extremely low Ambient temps

Tell me your full specification, CPU, CPU cooler, mobo ect.
Read temps with http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/hwmonitor.html

Case: Cooler Master k380
Fans: CM Stockfan, XtraFlo, Tt Luna
I just bought the XtraFlo and Luna today, before, the max CPU temperature was 57 degrees.

I'm not sure how to check the ambient temperature, but it is freaking cold here in Queensland at the moment. The weather forecast on google says it is 12 degrees.

I just downloaded Speedfan and HW Moniter and I am testing the temps again, I'll upload a screenshot.

I just tested the temperatures again with Prime 95, I noticed the temperatures haven't moved for around 10 minutes. The results are in the link.

12C ambient and everything is clear

Temps are ok

To be 100% sure use http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/amd-overdrive-download.html
and check thermal margin under Prime 95
