I need a cooler that is shorter than 155mm. I have a i7 4790k and I am using my PC for gaming with high settings however I don't think I will overclock but the possiblity will be nice for the future. My motherboard is MSI Gaming 5 z97. I want to know what the best, quietest cooler is for under £40 and less than 155mm.
Also if you could recommend a cooler that is less than £30 too because it might not be worth spending £40 if I am not overclocking. I don't want water cooling.
