Just built new pc, got to Bios screen teared. Turned pc on and off, now all I get is no display and restarts every 8 seconds.

I've tried my old Psu, the mobo is used for new for this build. New Psu. Cpu is used from old build and cooler h100. The h100 kept opening whilst taking it off but still seems to output power to the fans and lights up. So I don't know what to do. Help would be greatly appreciated!!

You need to list full system specs, CPU, Video Card, Power Supply, Motherboard.

Did you check all heatsinks, make sure the heat grease is properly applied, no issues with cooling, test the video card in another system if you have an add-on card.
