PSU making buzzing sounds

My psu is making buzzing sounds while in game but only in game it does that only with my gtx 980, when I put my older card r9 270x it doesent do any sound.So what is the problem the gpu or the psu by the way its cheap psu its hantol 900 w its only 35$.So should I try with more expensive psu or what?

Having a good PSU is extremely important; preferably get one with a warranty; Corsair has some with 7 year warranties and EVGA has some with 10 year warranties. Never skimp on the PSU, I learned that the hard way; flames and all. Seasonic is another brand I've heard good things about, not sure on their warranties though. I've got two EVGA 1300W G2 PSUs which have 10 year warranties, no complaints here. I had a bad...

Ok ill try with more expensive psu thanks for the advice that's what I thought too that I should not fool around with cheap psu.
