Your plan is good.

FWIW.
I will never again build without a ssd for the "C" drive. It makes everything you do much quicker.
120gb is minimum, it will hold the os and a handful of games. If you can go 240gb, you may never need a hard drive.

I would defer on the hard drive unless you need to store large files such as video's.
It is easy to add a hard drive later.
Samsung EVO is a good choice.
Intel 730 is OK too.

all seems good, would recommend upgrading to the gtx 970, I know it is quite a bit more, but it is one of the best £ to power cards out there still, and could futureproof you for a few years. Would also recommend considering getting 16gb of ram to futureproof, but 8gb is fine atm. All is compatible.
Although depending how close your router is ... if it isn't or you got an old house I would scrap the wifi card and get a powerline, much better consistency and good pricing

or an SSHD would do the trick of both, fast boot and system files and got plenty of space for games videos etc, and it is at the same price of a decent1tb HDD
