update win 8.1 single Language to win 10 Offline

hi..well i just want to know that how to update my preinstalled "windows 8.1 (OEM) single language" to Windows 10. I cant use media creation tool of Microsoft as internet is a problem and cannot relocate my PC. Iam Getting GWX icon but i cannot use it as said earlier about my internet connection, but my PC is eligible. So please tell me is there any way to download untouched official ISO and upgrade my PC, if yes then from where i can download the same and which version of windows 10 should i be downloading....Thanks in advance.

So you want to "download" the ISO without an internet connection? I'm sorry to be the barer of bad news, but that is literally impossible.

If you do have an internet connection for some computer that can download the 2.7GB file and a 4GB usb stick, you can use the media creation tool from microsoft on any computer to turn the USB stick into an upgrade stick. With that you can install Windows 10 on any computer with a valid upgrade path. The installer you want is the Windows 10 in the original language of your install media.

If you are unable to download the 2.7GB file, your only option is to purchase a Windows 10 media from Microsoft itself.
