I am planning a graphics card upgrade. My budget is 15,000 rupees ($150) but graphics cards are expansive as hell in my country. So please help me choose the gpu which will be fit for my needs. The only problem is power supply which is 375w and I CANNOT in any case replace it. It does have a 6 pin connector though, but my core 2 Quad sips 95 W.
Here are my specs:
Dell precision workstation t3400
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600
4 GB DDR2 ram
WD blue 160gb x2

Here are the options available:
New GTX 750 2GB ($152) 55W TDP
Used GTX 660 2GB ($150) 140W TDP
Used R9 270 2GB ($148) 150W TDP

Out of the 3 you named, the 750 is the only one you could use. The 750ti is a lot better than the 750 but not as good as the 660.

Another potential option is the R7 260x which is somewhere between the 750 and 750ti in performance.

I would say your best choice will be 660gtx, its faster than 750gtx. But as the 750gtx is new and will consume less power then its the best card for you. If you can afford the 750ti it will be great. And btw you need more ram on your system. 4gb is not enough for modern games.
