My memory seems to be running slow. G.SKill Sniper 1833

My memory seems to be running slow. I have G.Skill Sniper 1833mhz 4 sticks 16gb. When I use CPU-Z says that max bandwith is 800mhz and they run at 933mhz. Am I reading this right?

I have tried different settings and they always run at the same speed.

Read it wrong, sorry, if at 933 you are running 1866 already, the max bandwith shown is the actually the DRAM's default boot data rate. Make sure the timings are correct - will show in CPU-Z in the memory tab, if not correct , try going into the BIOS and enabling XMP, then select profile 1
