Hi guys, I'm having an Intel Core i3 4130 CPU with a future update plan to Nvidia GTX 750 ti or the GTX 960 if I can stretch my budget, other components are Gigabyte h81m-s motherboard, Samsung 320GB HDD, 6GB DDR3 RAM and a cheap 450W PSU which I will upgrade to a branded one while purchasing GPU.
Now my main query is do I need a case fan now and will i need it after adding a Graphics card ?

Solution
I would at least try to get an intake in the front or on the bottom if possible. If you HAVE to do it in the side, it's better than nothing.
Whilst you could build a PC without one, it's generally a good idea to have at least an intake and exhaust fan - ideally the intake will blow over the hard disk to help keep it cool (hot HDD's are more prone to failing) - especially as you've got a GPU (your PC will generate at least200W of heat at full load, so imagine 2 large light bulbs in a closed case with no cooling ...)

I have not yet purchased a GPU sir but plan to purchase one maybe 6 months later. I have a Zebrinics case an Indian brand hot it for 750 INR without a case fan. Can you guide me how a fan position determines whether its intake or exhaust. Also the CPU and GPUs too have fans what purpose do they serve and what a case fan does ?

Case fans are cheap so you could easily buy and add a couple. Case fans always have arrows on the top pointing in the direction it blows. Intake faces in, and exhaust faces out. cpus and gpus do have their own fans but they only cool themselves. Case fans help keep airflow moving through the case.
