GOOD budget GAMING rig?

i am thinking of getting the MSI 970 gaming series MB and running the AMD 8350 overclocked to 5GHZ and running the COOLER MASTER V8 GTS, windows 7, for ram i have 8GB of DDR3 i plan to overclock to the max i can, and am going to run 2 MSI TWIN FROZR 3 AMD 7950's in crossfire, both overclocked, how will this setup perform? this is a budget build i have come up with

V8 won't keep it cool at 5 ghz. , you need a lottery chip to get there on air.

so i should go with a liquid cooling setup? any out there that will suffice for around 90 USD?

will a CORSAIR Hydro Series H110 keep it cool at 5GHZ?

You need a stellar chip to get 5ghz.

H110 is a good choice though.

getting the h110i gtx that way i can pick what rpm the fans run at what temps always nice to have more control over fans to keep it cool
