My computer won't boot from CD-Rom.

Hi!
I'm trying to install Windows 7 64Bit (ultimate), From 32Bit Ultimate
I have changed the stuff that needed to be changed in the BIOS, and now i don't know what is up.
I have have done this before on a different PC, and it worked just fine then, so why can't i boot from CD-ROM?

MSI Radeon R9 270X Gaming 2GB GDDR5
AMD FX-8350 8-Core Processor
Crucial DDR3 BallistiX Elite 1866Mhz 16GB
Cooler Master G600, 600W PSU
Hitachi HDS7210 Harddrive
Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 (AM3R2)

- Your DVD drive is bad
- the DVD disk you burned is bad
- you used bogus ISO image (are you sure you have bought that $300 Windows ultimate?)
- your PC is not set to boot from BIOS

-I have burned windows on this PC with dvd's before, and nothing was wrong then.
-I have downloaded it
-I have it set for booting from CD-ROM.

Your DVD drive could still have problems reading the Windows DVD. Get 4GB or larger USB drive, use Microsoft USB Download tool to make installation USB. I hope your computer supports booting off USB.

And you know that there is no upgrade path from 32bit -> 64bit, you will have to reinstall clean.
