turns out there is one screw missing out of 4 and when i apply pressure on that corner ( with my fingers ) the temp lowers 10-15 c , never knew one screw can fuck up a pc , i spoke with corsair and theyre not helping , idk where to get that screw from now

can you send me a link if possible
because i dont understand corsairs website
as there is no live chat ( or i just cant find it )
and i dont think theyre gonna ship a screw ...

I believe I just went here, and made an account. https://corsair.secure.force.com. there was a section to type up a problem description. They got back to me asking what address to send part to. I'd think if your polite about it, there's a good chance they'll take care of it.

i just found out that not just a screw is missing but this kind of screw doesnt fit on that corner as i took out one the 3 screws and tried to place on the 4th corner and it wouldnt fit ... ive been trying to fix it for half an hour and then put the scrw back to its original corner in 2 minutes...
does that mean i have to replace the entire cooler?
