I am looking to build a gaming PC in the price range 700-900, but it could go over if it needs to.
I want to be able to stream, record, and game smoothly. I prefer an i7 processor, and also for a graphics card be a GTX 970-980 Thanks for the help!

Solution

Just add another $100 or so for the Operating System unless you already have it.
You also have to add at least one or two fans (another $7-$15) since that SPEC-01 case doesn't come with any fans.
Also note that the CPU has a promo ($10) that expires in 2015-08-17, and the RAM has a $5 that ends the 20th. The case also has a $5 promo that ends on the 20th.

Everything else is fine.
