I am completely new with overclocking, after watching a few videos, I gave it a try. After doing so to 4.5ghz, I noticed this happening when I am using Torture test from Prime 95

Does this mean 2 of my cores failed? Do I need to tweak some settings?

Fx 6300
Vcore 1.41

Update:
I went back into BIOS and upped the Voltage a tiny bit all the cores are 100% now when stress testing. I'm still not quite sure though...

Solution
Yes that means it's not stable and bumping up ur vcore should help, as it did. It still might fail, run it on small fft for couple hours, monitor ur temps. If all passes run it on blend for couple hours and u should be fine
