Hello, the screen will randomly go beserk. Major static and all controls are rendered useless even the keypad.

1. Has anyone experienced a similar problem?
2. How did you fix it?

For diagnosis I would go into the bios and let it sit for a while until you're sure the problem isn't happening. Key around in the menus, make sure that the keyboard is still listening and watch for your problem. If there is no problem in the bios that would rule out a hardware issue and would tell us that it is a software configuration problem, possibly drivers, virus, etc.
