The r7 265 isn't ridiculously powerful but you'll be able to run nearly all games maybe mid/high setting.
Some basic editing will be okay but nothing extreme.
Overall a decent card for the price.
Check some reviews and see how it performs in certain games, applications and in bench marking software.

Can i have some names or list video cards for my a8 5600k? so that i can choose the best video card.
My purpose is play latest games in 2015 like gta 5, assasins creed unity and the witcher 3 and so on. I also edit videos using after effects and premiere and vegas pro

R7 370 2GB of GDDR5 VRAM, Pretty good card for the price.
Equivalent nVidia card is the Gtx 750ti which isn't as good as this.
Good core and memory clock, you'll be able to handle nearly every game on high with this card. With 2GB of Vram you should be able to some pretty powerful editing, rendering and after effects with this card.
