So as the title says the voltages are droping all the time and it is happening on idle.I didn't had that problem with the previous psu only with this cheap new psu its hantol 900 w by the way, I got it for 40$.So here is a link of the voltages changing on idle https://vid.me/sIP2 ,you can see the 3.3v droping to 3.2 also the 5v droping to 4v and the 12v droping to 11v.So is this normal?Plus psu or the motherboard is making buzzing sounds when playing games.
