What Z170 Motherboard will suit my needs?

Hey there, this is my first post so I appreciate anyone's help! I have an old i5 750 cpu and am ready to upgrade to skylake. I've read the big write-up about many of the Z170 motherboards for the skylake cpus but I've gotten a little lost in the specs and don't really know which price range will suit my modest needs.

I will be mostly gaming, and I have a single GTX 970 that I don't plan on upgrading for a few years. I have no interest in SLI, and while I will likely tweak a few settings to overclock the i5 6600K, I don't think I need all the advanced overclock features the more expensive Z170 boards offer. (no need for water cooling, etc.)

I'd prefer to spend <$200 on the MB since I will also be buying DDR4 ram and the CPU. Could anyone with a little knowledge of the new Z170 boards let me know which price range or particular board(s) would suit my single GPU setup? Thanks!

Thanks for the responses, I'll wait and see if there are some other suggestions, newegg has a ton of MB/RAM combos that include both boards you guys are mentioning. There are also a couple that include the AsRock Extreme6 motherboard that are also in the same price range, anyone have thoughts on that particular board/maker?
