If you are going to spend that amount of money on a cooler I would go with the coolermaster hyper 212 evo, I dont know about the deepcool cooler but i can vouch for the 212 evo i use it with my fx 8350. the 212 evo can handle some oc'ing, i oc'd my 8350 to 4.6ghz and its still running strong and cool. i've never heard of that cooler you put in the link, but 212 evo comes highly reccomended if and when you are in the market for a budget cpu cooler.
