I have a gtx 970 with an i5 4460, and will have 5 case fans. I want to know which PSU i should get out of these 2. Bear in mind that in my region i do not have much other choice of high quality PSU from corsair or evga etc., so i'm only interested out of these 2:

Deepcool DA500-M http://www.deepcool.com/product/powersupply/da/2014-02/34_793.shtml
i like this one because it's semi modular, and gives enough power

Cooler master B500 http://www.coolermaster.com/powersupply/b-series/b500/
this is not modular like the deepcool, although it is a more trusted brand, and might be better quality/reliable IMO

Any thoughts?

Admirable

FYI Most lower wattage corsair PSU's are terrible quality.

Both PSU's will power it fine.

It's hard to choose because it is poor vs poor.

However it seems like the DeepCool is the one i would go with because of a few of it's extra features, however we do not know who manufacturerd it and if the components are meant for gaming.

Tier 1 or 2 is the recommendation for gaming

I'm in central Asia (close to Kazakhstan) and you wouldn't recognize any of the stores (what few of them are even here), but here is the shop i'm buying from:
http://pc.kg/PCForms/Goods.aspx?Goods=28&Group=3
this links to their power supplies, and to navigate from here, you don't really need to know Russian (but you might actually know it due to ur profile picture)

You can find very good PSUs there like the cooler master V-series that are 80+ gold, but they are much more expensive, even more expensive than in the states, or anywhere else really.
