Alright So I was building my Rig and had mounted my liquid cooling system (Corsair H105) that came pre applied with thermal paste. I realized that motherboard was dead afterwards. I took off liquid cooling system and there are no signs of wear at all. It was never used to begin with. Do I need to clean it up and reapply it even when I enclosed it with the plastic cap that it came with. Refer to pics below
