i have an oc'd 8350 @4.6ghz and xfx r9 290 reference design. (1040/1340) mild oc i've gamed for a while with the 290 oc'd to 1400 but then it black screen if i change the voltage in msi afterburner then 10 min later i get a black screen i did research before putting all my parts together but is this a sign that my psu is dying?
