I have
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 2.66 GHz CPU
NVIDIA GT 9500 1GB GPU
I want to overclock them both.
My mb is Asus P5E DELUXE.
http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/P5E_Deluxe/HelpDesk_Download/

So, I wanna know the following.
1). If i overclock them both, will they last for at least 2 years . I heard oc would reduce lifespam.
2). What should be my target ?
Will I get CPU to about 3.2 GHz?
3). I have one side case fan. There is CPU fan, GPU fan, and a fan on the hdd. Will the cooling be enough to oc both.
4). So, if i upgrade my cpu , gpu and ram but not mb will it reduce the quality of cpu and gpu.
I know everything in my pc is old but i don't feel like upgrading yet. It's only used 10 times in 5 years. But I am back for some low gaming.
Thanks!

Solution

For the E6750 I would like to stay less than 60 degrees C on a continuous basis. Some info here - http://www.overclock.net/t/294207/safe-24-7-temps-on-my-e6750

For the 9500GT I would like to stay under 85 degrees C. More info here - http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/302062-33-safe-temperatures-9500gt

Graphics cards generally tend to run hot.

Good air flow inside the case is desirable.

@Ubrales
I can increase the FSB but not the multiplier in the BIOS.
And i am pretty sure i can oc my gpu too.
I have already referred to some useful guides.
I just wanted to make sure of the above factors.

CM Hyper 212 EVO (if it will fit in the case you have) - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

1 Side fan, 1 Rear fan, and 1 Top fan, is advisable. On a Dell Optiplex 755, I added a 80mm rear fan on the inside of the case. If you want to install the rear fan on the outside (with aan adequate fan guard) you can go 120mm or higher. Connect it to the 4-pins Molex connector.

My case doesn't have space on top but there are 2 spaces for the fan on the side. I have already 1 fan on the side but for the second one is smaller. Will it be effective for having 2 side fans?

Yes, two side fans will definitely help. The objective is to increase air flow inside the case.

Sorry for interruption, don't mean to hijack this thread, but witch method are you talking about, set FSB, pin mod or something else?
I am not asking for myself, as you can see in my signature I already have overclocked Dell Inspiron 570, just for information.

Appreciate for reply.

Ok! Thank you very much @Ubrales ......
Just to clarify things.
Should i get a side fan and a rear fan or only one?
What is the safe temperature for my cpu, gpu and motherboard ?

SetFSB

Install as many as you can. The objective is to increase air flow.
