So I am collecting my parts as I go and I am going to get my $425 next week. I already have gotten the video card, case, hard drive. However I notice that this would barely manage to buy the remaining parts. Do you guys have any other cheaper recommendations or better ideas? Also what operating system should I get? I plan on getting windows 7 since I'm used to it but I also want to maybe get W10, should I go new or stick with the old?
