Is My Laptop Compatible With This SSD?

So I have a lenovo g710 with the motherboard model : Ginkgo 7A1. I already have an HDD in my Laptop and i would like to add this SSD : (http://www.amazon.com/Kingston-Notebooks-Ultrabooks-SMS200S3-60G/dp/B00COFMPAM).

First of all will the SSD be compatible and will it run along with my already owned HDD??

That Kingston SSD has an mSATA edge-connector interface so is not compatible with your Lenovo G710.

You need a regular 2.5 inch SSD which has a SATA interface same as your existing hard drive.

You won't be able to add an SSD, you can only install it as a replacement for the existing hard drive since there's no room inside the G710 for both of them.
