Hi, I need to sign in as administrator as my laptop is saying windows is not activated any more. Samsung have sent me the key but to enter it I have to be signed in as administrator. I've read on the net that you can do this if you right click on computer then choose manage. So far so good, but then I have to expand local users and groups and this isn't there. Can anyone help? Thanks.
