I already bought the GPU for my other pc so it'll be around for a while. I plan to upgrade when an i3 or i5 is a little cheaper or whenever I have the money, same with GPU. How does it all look? Will the MOBO need a bios update for the pentium? I hope not.

oh . You have purchased 730 . you should go for corsair cx 430 watts and should have bought an amd hd 7770 or r7 250 only 25 dollars more expensive and you could use a cheaper case and motherboard so that you may save some money for gpu

meh you should never recommend corsair cx series. it is a plague to the custom build community from all the info ive read on it.

The PC I had before was a low profile form factor so I got the best I could for what I had. I just said I'd upgrade later. And also shaving 5 bucks off the PSU to get 50 less what's and then having to upgrade PSU when I upgrade CPU and GPU and overclock. Same with motherboard, I want something I can overclock with and possible sli in the future. I'm working with what I have to get up and running with plans to upgrade within a year.

do some research.

the thing is that . it may not have worked for 20 out of 100 people but it worked for me . So , why would I say that it is bad

Weather or not you have a low quality part that worked for you shouldnt be a reason to recommend low quality parts to people to other when there are better options for the same price less. You should do research on parts before you give recommendations or make purchases in the future.
