So, will FX 8300 work well on MSI 760GA-P43 (FX) ? And will my Thermaltake Contac 16 be enough to cool it ? I'm NOT planing to overclock it.
If there is any problem, should I just go with FX 6300?

Solution
Sorry, but I checked the wrong CPU; the FX-8300 will work since it's a 95W CPU (like the FX-6300). The much easier to find FX-8320E also is supported. It's a good idea not to overclock because the CPU VRM is not designed for power hungry processors.

I'm not planing to spend money for motherboard now...I'm buying only CPU ,so are you saying that I should go for FX 6300? Or are you saying it doesn't matter which one of them I pick cause it will work the same?

Haha ok man :D Just tell me ,is Thermaltake Contac 16 enough for not OCd 8300? You maybe answered this in your first comment ,sorry. That would be my last question !

I wouldn't buy a 100W TDP cooler for a 95W CPU. Did you select a 92mm cooler because of limited space in your case? If so, the Cooler Master TX3 would be the minimum I'd use, but it still isn't ideal for that CPU and it will become a bit noisy at full load. If height constrained, the Raijintek Pallas would be a good option; if you can fit a 146mm high cooler, then the Cryorig H7 is an excellent choice (good cooling and very quiet).

I chose that cooler cause I didn't want to spend more money when i was buying it xD
Ok man, thanks a lot,one guy is now telling me how i3 4160 is better than fx 6300,my mind is blown, dunno what to think xD

For gaming, the i3-4160 is much better than the FX-6300 (overclocked or not), but presuming you already have the MSI 760GA-P43 (FX) (buying it new for an FX CPU is very hard to justify) you'd need a new Intel motherboard. If you're buying an AMD motherboard, CPU and aftermarket cooler (don't buy the Thermaltake Contac 16 as it's too weak for an FX CPU), then buying an Intel solution may be better as you only need a cheap motherboard like the MSI H81M-E34 Micro ATX and the i3-4160 CPU; the Intel stock cooler is fine for that CPU. Memory for either system can be the same.

Review of the slightly slower i3-4130: http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/display/core-i3-4340-4330-4130_5.html#sect0
