New Power supply and motherboard for my build suggestions.

Hey guys.

I'm looking to upgrade my power supply to a 1000W fully modular so that when I have enough I can buy another 780ti and run SLI. Also I would like a new motherboard as it is pretty outdated and from 2013.

I have an i74770k and a PNY 780ti enthusiast edition card.

Would I need to upgrade anything else after my power supply and motherboard, and what are some good ones to get, preferably from 2014-2015?

you defenately need a another psu to sli however i cant see any reason why you would need to buy a new mobo! msi z87-g45 is sli capable since two pcie slots can operate at x8/x8 . a haswell refresh z97 mobo wont bring better results regarding sli. even if it would the performance difference would be negligble!
