Im upgrading my PC and have done my research. I know all of these parts are compatible on paper but i am not sure if they will physically fit in my Rosewill Galaxy-02. The components i have chose are as follows:
CPU: i7 4790k
CPU Cooler: Noctua NH-D14
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 270x 2gb
Motherboard: MSI Z97-Gaming 5 ATX LGA1150
RAM: Gskill Ripjaws 4 x4GB DDR3-1600
Power Supply: 500w
Storage: Seagate 1TB hardrive and 250GB Samsung SSD
Case stated above.
My main concern is the CPU Fan in terms of size.
Thanks in Advance!

Check the dimensions of the cooler and case. The Noctua is 160mm tall the same as the 212 EVO

This says the CPU cooler clearance is 160mm So yes it will fit inside the case.

I would switch the memory to a 2X8gb set instead of using 4 sticks it's a bit easier on the memory controller.
500Watt power supply not enough information their to really comment. I would consider buying one in the 600 Watt range for future upgrades.

Depending how much leeway you have, since the case supports coolers 160mm tall and the nh-d14 is 160mm tall I would look into low profile ram to use with that cooler. The front fan will have to be shifted up (toward the case side panel) some to allow for the ripjaws to fit beneath it. Consider g.skill sniper, g.skill ares or similar. The 44mm clearance of the nh-d14 is the clearance to the bottom of the fins, not the front cooling fan. The front cooling fan in it's original position (to keep the cooler 160mm tall) drops below that reducing ram clearance to somewhere around 38-40mm tall.

Okay i was mistaken when i said ripjaw ram i swear this is what i had but i took my pc apart and i have 2 x4GB A-data 1600mhz ddr3 in my Pc right now and will be ordering 2 more also 4GB. This is why i went with the 4x4GB because i already own 2 of the "RAM sticks". Will this cause any noticeable performance issues when compared to a 2 x8GB configuration?
Also, I believe the A-Data has a smaller profile than the RipJaws if I'm not mistaken.
This is the exact RAM http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00F902R5W/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER so hopefully it won't be such a tight fit with the DH-14?!?
Thanks Again

That should work just fine.
Even if you were just using a single stick of memory their no real world noticable differance, about 3% memory is so fast it don't really matter unless your running benchmarks.
