Motherboard and Cpu Suggestion pair up with r9 390 Intel or AMD

Planning on upgrading my system from a 6300 and a msi r9 390 due to CPU bottlenecks if you recommend a Intel CPU please leave a motherboard suggestion that can overclock fairly well

You will not lose out on performance if you go with a 4460.

Overclocking on AMD is slightly more easier, but Intel is not hard either. If you want to overclock with an intel processor, you have to make sure to get a Z97 board.

if I JUST DO IT and buy a 4460 will i lose out on performance with my 390 if i instead get a 4690K and overclock, plus is overclocking on Intel difficult at all?
