Is your current cpu overclocked? If not I'd do that first. Just make sure you have a decent aftermarket cooler. The system info you provided doesn't mention whether it's oc'd or not. Unless you wanted some of the newer features with the z170 platform (multiple m.2 support, sata express, ddr4 etc) it would be a slight performance upgrade but will be a fairly good expenditure. By the time you factor in the price of a skylake cpu, new motherboard, 8gb or more of ddr4 ram and a cpu cooler (skylake cpu's cost a bit more than haswell/devils canyon and like the 2011v3 enthusiast cpu's dropped the stock cooler as well). The i7 6700k cpu's are unavailable in the u.s. at the moment. As far as I know only the i5 6600k's are available at around $250 cpu only (no stock cooler).
