Computer so slow i cant do anything

I woke up today got on my laptop and noticed it was moving extremely slow. I turned it off and back on and i have tried removing programs and even disk defrag and system restore but the computer runs so slow that trying to uniinstall one program it froze halfway and stayed that way for an hour. I keep restarting my computer to try different things to make it faster (disk space is 100% used) but it keeps freezing. The laptop seems to work for about 1 minute after restarting before going super slow, any help would be appreciated.

You most likely have too many background processes running at the same time. Try checking the task manager to see what is running. Most likely windows update if you keep resetting the os.

Are there any programs in task manager hogging up resources? If you find any programs hogging it up, then possibly close it. :)

You can also boot into safe mode and scan via Malwarebytes or some type of virus/malware scanner. :)
