which motherboard is better for gaming and overclocking ?

i have core i7 4790k processor 16gb ddr3 ram 850 watt psu nvidia gtx 970 g1 gaming graphics card and i have two options 1st is asus maximus vii hero and 2nd is Msi Z97A GAMING 7 which is better overall !!!

The Hero, best selling and best rated (following in the foot steps of the Z87 Hero, which led the field also (have both, in sig)...also MSI is known for poor QC , which is the big reason I won't build on their mobo, I only use Asus, the Rock and GB for client builds ;)
