Let me start with the specs to my build, and I will go on from there:
Asus Rampage V Extreme Edition
Intel 5930k
32gb Corsair DDR4 Vengence Mem
2x Nvidia gtx 970 (evga ftw version)
Corsair hx1000i psu
2x Intel 730 series 480gb ssd
1x WD Green 4tb hdd
Custom water loop with 2 480 resovoirs, 2gpu blocks, and a motherboard mono lock
System idles around 27 C

Okay, so now for the reason I'm in need of help. I started building this pc a few weeks ago, everything was working fine, the system posted and windows booted fine, but when I put in the drivers disc provided by asus and use the InstallAll utility, the system reboots and says that windows is unable to boot. This is the third attempt I have had, each time resetting windows and wiping the drives between installs. Honestly I have no clue what is going wrong or how I would go about fixing it. If you need any more information feel free to ask or send me a private message.
