I just changed GPU, im having a big problem with lags... Never seen it before & also errors..

I just changed my GPU from Gainward GeForce 760 to MSI GeForce 970 And my PC started to really trouble itself, I got 8 GB RAM, I7-3770, 980 W Power supply.
I really don`t understand why it is crashing & lag all the time..
