I have an unstable internet connection. It goes fast and slow and so on and so forth.

-I'm connected via wifi(I can't connect my pc to a cable connection cause of reasons mainly I don't like to bother myself with the task)

-I disabled heuristics

-I don't have AMD quick stream or can't find it but I do have AMD Catalyst control center

-I recently reformatted my HDDs and installed my OS on my new SSD(I have a new gaming rig)

-I did reformatting and reinstalling of OS twice(Due to mistakes in partitioning). First time there were no problems but the second time my connection was slow and unstable.

-My drives are up to date

-Phones, laptops and tablets connected to the same wifi connection have stable and smooth connections

You really need to try another way to connect. You're using WiFi, it's inherently spotty and unstable. If it works fine with Ethernet then it's nothing to do with your OS, your HDD, your motherboard, your RAM, your CPU, or your PSU. Instead it would be due to your WiFi card, antenna, or location. Pull the WiFi card and put it in another PC, or try doing the reverse from another. Try a USB WiFi dongle. Try moving your PC to another location.

Yes, I understand that Ethernet cables and moving your PC are not fun. If you want to figure it out, unfortunately you'll need to.

But I have been using wifi for over a decade now. :(
My rig is in the same location as my old PC and my new rig during it's first reformatting and OS installation had very smooth and speedy connection but the second attempt not so much.Maybe I did something wrong with the drivers or I may have forgotten to install something. As I have said the wifi connection to my phones, tablets and laptop is very smooth and stable. I use dual plug ASUS antenna for my wifi. It was very smooth up until now.
