You may be able to recover your data by using partition recovery software (see link below), but to do that you'll first have to remove the drive and install it as a second drive in another Windows desktop PC. Alternatively, buy an external enclosure for the drive and plug it in to a USB port on another Windows PC.

Even then, it's likely that some of the data will be incomplete or corrupted because it will have been overwritten by the factory preload restore process.
